Job Summary
- The Wholesale Account Executive owns assigned business accounts end-to-end, including prospecting, account development, sales execution, and accountability for revenue and margin performance.
- In a lean, fast-growing team environment, this role supports sales operations and order execution as needed, including sales administration, system data accuracy, coordination with warehouses and logistics partners, and communication with buyers and rep groups.
- This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved across multiple phases of the commercial process to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Wholesale/Marketplace Account Management
- Own and grow assigned wholesale and marketplace accounts, including prospecting, relationship development, negotiations, and closing new business.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales and margin targets as set by management.
- Support vendor compliance tasks (EDI, routing guides, documentation uploads)
- Assist in maintaining retailer portals (Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Faire, etc.)
- Track sell-through, replenishment, returns, deductions and chargebacks
Order & Sales Operations
- Create and maintain sales orders in ERP systems
- Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to internal approvals
- Communicate PO status, inventory availability, and shipping details to accounts
- Manage order flow from confirmation → fulfillment → invoice processing
- Work closely with warehouses (domestic & international) for deliveries and routing
Sales Enablement & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast updates
- Maintain CRM or account lists including rep group assignments
- Support sales presentations, product spec sheets, pricing matrices
Trade Shows & Marketing Collaboration
- Assist with trade show sample prep, booth logistics, and follow-ups
- Coordinate sample requests for reps, influencers, and retailers
- Ensure product information consistency across channels
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and sales meetings as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven ability to own accounts and drive revenue in a wholesale environment
- 2-4 years experience in Wholesale Sales experience
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or Home & Kitchen industry preferred
- Experience negotiating pricing, programs, and retailer terms
- ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
- Basic understanding of EDI and U.S. retail logistics
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Exceptional organization skills and willingness to take initiatives
- Excellent communication & multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central
- Experience supporting rep groups and national retailers (Target, Costco, etc.)
- Familiarity with trade show operations (IHA, Atlanta Market, etc.)
Work Location: In person in office. Work from Home 1 day available after training period.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
