Yardzen is looking for a hands-on PR, Organic Growth & Brand Partnerships Lead to help build brand awareness, credibility, and demand through earned media, organic content and strategic brand partnerships. This is a contract role ideal for someone who can both develop the PR strategy and execute - pitching, writing, building relationships and testing what works. You’ll help shape how our brand shows up in the world, drive high-intent organic traffic, and unlock new distribution channels through thoughtful partnerships.

PR Responsibilites:

  • Develop and execute a PR strategy focused on brand awareness, thought leadership and demand generation
  • Pitch stories to relevant media outlets, journalists and industry publications
  • Draft press releases, contributed articles, media briefs and executive talking points
  • Identify timely story angles tied to company milestones, trends and data
  • Manage relationships with journalists, editors and brand influencers

Organic Growth Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on organic growth initiatives across content and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate on blog content, case studies and thought-leadership pieces
  • Identify content themes that drive qualified traffic
  • Partner with internal teams to surface customer stories and insights
  • Track performance and iterate based on what’s driving impact

Partnership Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue strategic brand partnerships that expand reach and credibility
  • Build co-marketing programs (joint content, promotions, contests, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with partners from outreach through execution
  • Test new partnership ideas quickly and scale what works

About You:

  • 3+ years experience across PR. Bonus points for content, organic growth or brand partnerships experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to secure earned media and tell compelling brand stories
  • Strong writer and editor - comfortable owning content end-to-end
  • Experience building and managing partnerships that drive measurable results
  • Scrappy, proactive and comfortable in ambiguity
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to connect effort to impact
  • Experience with consumer or DTC is a plus
