About the Role

THM Media is seeking a highly skilled, execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day management, execution, and growth of THM Media’s social media presence across all current and future platforms.

This role is responsible for hands-on execution of organic and paid social media efforts for the THM Media brand, as well as client-facing paid social advertising and Digital Connect services. While the Social Media Manager contributes to forward-thinking strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team, this role is deeply rooted in execution, optimization, and performance—turning strategy into consistent, high-quality social content and measurable results.

The Social Media Manager will also play a key role in community engagement, audience growth, and reporting, helping expand THM Media’s reach, strengthen brand presence across markets, and drive meaningful homeowner interaction at scale.

Key Responsibilities Organic Social Media Management (THM Media Brands)

  • Own the execution of

organic social media posting

for THM Media brands across all platforms, including emerging and future channels.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social content with broader brand, campaign, and growth strategies.
  • Execute platform-specific content calendars that balance national brand messaging with market-specific and localized content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting content to each platform’s best practices and audience behavior.

Digital Connect Program Execution

  • Own the execution of THM Media’s Digital Connect product, where THM Media creates and manages social content on behalf of clients.
  • Connect to client social media accounts to create, schedule, and publish organic posts that build a consistent and professional social presence.
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns for Digital Connect clients, including ad creation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure content is customized for each client while maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with platform best practices.
  • Serve as a key execution partner to sales and account teams for Digital Connect fulfillment.

Paid Social Media & Client Advertising Execution

  • Execute paid social media advertising campaigns for clients across THM Media social channels.
  • Work directly with sales representatives and execution teams to support the execution of client-paid social advertising, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage ad setup, targeting, creative execution, optimization, and pacing across platforms.
  • Ensure paid social campaigns align with client goals, approved creative, and THM Media standards.

Community Engagement & Audience Growth

  • Actively manage community engagement across all social platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Proactively engage with audiences to grow followers, increase reach, and drive meaningful homeowner actions and engagement.
  • Monitor conversations, trends, and audience behavior to inform ongoing content and engagement approaches.
  • Support influencer-related efforts and collaborations when applicable.

Reporting, Insights & Optimization

  • Own social media reporting across organic, paid, and Digital Connect efforts.
  • Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and paid campaign results.
  • Deliver clear, client-ready and internal-facing reports that communicate results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Use data to continuously optimize content, campaigns, and engagement strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure social execution aligns with business goals.
  • Support sales conversations by providing insight into social capabilities, execution timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams as needed to support social initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing organic and paid social media for a brand, agency, or multi-market organization.
  • Proven experience executing (not just planning) social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong experience running paid social advertising, including targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Experience managing social media on behalf of clients or multiple brands is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage market-specific or localized social content at scale.
  • Strong understanding of community management, engagement strategies, and audience growth.
  • Experience working with performance data and translating insights into action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large brands, multi-location businesses, or media organizations.
  • Home Improvement Industry experience
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and hyper-local social media strategies.
  • Experience supporting sales-driven or client-facing marketing products.
  • Comfort working across multiple markets with varying content needs.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
