About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and systems-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and help scale our education-focused brand. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytics—someone who understands that great marketing is built on clear messaging, consistent execution, and strong monitoring systems.
We use ClickFunnels as a core platform to manage funnels, track engagement, and measure results. If you love turning ideas into structured campaigns that can be tracked, optimized, and improved over time, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others
- Own daily content creation:
- Write compelling, on-brand copy
- Design graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Produce and edit engaging video content
- Manage publishing schedules and performance tracking using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
- Monitor social listening channels to identify audience insights, trends, and opportunities
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach
- Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (including Facebook Advertising) with a focus on ROI
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Coordinate PR and community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand reputation
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets and campaigns
- Support e-commerce and funnel initiatives through targeted marketing strategies
- Build relationships with influencers, partners, and collaborators
- Proofread and quality-check all content prior to publication
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics (Google Analytics)
- Experience with paid digital advertising and brand campaigns
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think creatively while operating within structured systems
Why This Role Is Different
This is not about posting content for the sake of posting.
We believe:
- What cannot be monitored cannot be measured
- What cannot be measured cannot be managed
- Strong systems create clarity, momentum, and results
You will play a key role in building a repeatable digital marketing engine that supports long-term growth, education, and impact.
