Duties
- Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create high-quality visual and written content using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, including graphics, videos, and photography
- Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
- Conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and inform content adjustments for maximum impact
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content discoverability in search results
- Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate campaigns that boost brand reputation and manage crisis communications when necessary
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to track campaign success and refine strategies accordingly
- Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to expand reach and foster meaningful engagement
- Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase visibility and conversions
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies to enhance content reach
- Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations practices, and relationship management within digital spaces
- Ability to produce multimedia content including photography and video editing for diverse formats
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in all written communications
