The Role:

Z1 is looking for a motivated individual to be the voice of our brand on social media and execute or digital social media strategies. The successful candidate will be a creative writer with excellent communication skills in addition to be a team player. Knowledge of current social media best practices is a must as is being plugged into emerging trends. Key responsibilities & qualifications include:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating social media campaigns that span multiple social channels
• Day-to-day management of social media properties
• Engage in reputation management by way of monitoring interactions on our social media channels and engaging with customers in comments, messages, and reviews
• Proactively engage with customers that leave reviews on our website, Google, and on various other platforms
• Strategize and execute plans to grow our social following and digital audience
• Develop and manage social influencer programs
• Support Z1 events and represent Z1 at industry events
• Prepare monthly reports on social media efforts and performance
• Support the marketing team as needed on department projects and events

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
• 3 or more years of social media experience, including planning and managing content
• Automotive Enthusiast
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of social media management and reputation management strategy and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
