Creator Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support and help grow our influencers, a􀆯iliate, and ambassador programs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited about working with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.

You’ll be responsible for finding creators, managing outreach, coordinating product seeding, and supporting ongoing influencer and affiliate relationships. This is a hands-on execution role with room to grow into a manager position.

This role may occasionally require weekend event attendance and light content creation support as part of

brand activations and creator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Discovery & Outreach

• Identify influencers, UGC creators, and brand ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Conduct outreach via DM, email, and creator platforms
• Track conversations, responses, and follow-ups

Partnership Coordination

• Coordinate product seeding and sample shipments
• Track creator addresses, shipments, and content delivery timelines
• Ensure creators understand expectations and deadlines

Affiliate & Ambassador Program Support

• Assist with onboarding creators into affiliate and ambassador programs across our ecommerce channels
• Help manage affiliate links, discount codes, and basic performance tracking
• Maintain accurate creator lists, documentation, and reporting

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with the marketing team
• Communicate professionally with creators and the internal team
• Help ensure brand guidelines are followed in creator content

Event & On-Site Support

Occasionally attend brand events, activations, or trade shows (including some weekends) to support creator partnerships, content capture, and relationship building.

Light Content Creation Support

Assist with basic content creation as needed, including capturing behind-the-scenes footage, short-form

videos, or creator content for TikTok and Instagram Reels

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and creator culture
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking details
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and deadlines
• Professional, friendly, and reliable communication style
• Willingness and flexibility to occasionally work weekends for events or special activations (with advance notice).
• Comfortable capturing simple photo and video content on a smartphone for social media.
• Interest in content creation and working on-camera is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer outreach, UGC, or ambassador programs
• Familiarity with a􀆯iliate platforms such as Impact, Amazon Associates, TikTok Shop, or other ecommerce a􀆯iliate tools is a plus.
• Experience working with product seeding or PR gifting
• Interest in social media marketing or creator partnerships as a career path

Compensation & Growth

• Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 (depending on experience)
• Clear growth path to Creator Partnerships Manager
