This position is first and foremost about utilizing various tools and channels to strengthen and grow our community. This includes (and is not limited to): social media channels as well as mobile app platforms.

The person in this position must have a genuine desire to care first and foremost for our community and develop that personal relationship with our fans and followers. This role blends both community management (engaging with and responding to consumer/community comments, posts, texts, etc… in our brand voice) and social media management (using social media as an acquisition channel to spark conversations and get our community engaged).

The Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social media platforms by assisting in the creation of content and owning the scheduling and publishing process (Includes: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)).
  • Timely response (48 hour) to fans/followers/consumers’ comments on paid and organic social posts across FB, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Cultivate relationships with our community through these platforms in our brand voice with the goal to drive conversion and brand loyalty.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the marketing team to strengthen the bond of our community and consumers and build the brand movement.
  • Assist in content curation and idea generation to support product launches, GWP and social focused campaigns (i.e. 12 Days).
  • Execute on all aspects of influencer outreach and seeding processes.
  • Enable growth and strength of our community by assisting in special projects to help continue to growth the brand voice on new social media platforms (i.e. TikTok, mobile, etc)
  • Stay up to date on all social trends and growth techniques on all social platforms to grow the community.
  • Conduct monthly performance analyses of social media posts, paid media and blog to identify social content resonance, channel performance, click to conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track performance against key KPIs across these platforms to optimize and grow.
  • Find efficiencies while building a best practices community management playbook (inclusive of applications, marcos, and tricks of the trade)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or advertising (or a related field)
  • Experience using social media management/analytic tools (i.e Unum, Sprout, Shopify Analytics etc.)
  • 1-3 years experience creating content and managing social media platforms
  • Expertise with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Real time response is in your DNA.
  • Enthusiasm for women’s wear and passionate about the brand and mission
