Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive new revenue growth and expand our presence within the corporate rewards, incentives, and prepaid solutions market. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, fintech, or prepaid solutions and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & New Business Growth
- Own and drive new business revenue, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, with a focus on long-term, high-value accounts
Strategic Sales Execution
- Identify and pursue complex sales opportunities across multiple industries and use cases
- Lead discovery conversations and deliver consultative, solution-based presentations tailored to client incentive, reward, and prepaid needs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in partnership with internal stakeholders
Client & Market Leadership
- Establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers
- Serve as a subject-matter resource on corporate incentives, prepaid programs, and payment-based solutions
- Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory considerations to inform sales strategy
CRM, Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into deal progress, revenue projections, and growth opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with marketing, operations, compliance, and account management to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success
- Provide feedback to continuously improve sales processes, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience; fintech, prepaid, payments, or incentive solutions experience preferred
- Proven success closing complex, high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong Salesforce experience, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently in a hybrid work environment
