Additionally, GMG has an expansive experiential arm rooted in Gallery Houses - a fusion of social content, creators, and cultural moments at scale - and a robust influencer marketing business.

We're seeking a creative Marketing Designer to join our Creative/Brand Strategy team! The Marketing Designer will report into the Director of Creative/Brand Strategy and play an important role in concepting, designing and developing sales & digital marketing materials & proposal decks. You'll become an expert in translating GMG's brand identity into inspiring creative assets and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually-compelling presentations with a refined aesthetic for branded campaigns, pitch decks & tentpole packages.
  • Co-create a wide range of digital creative assets, such as web/social mocks, branded series logos & event invitations.
  • Update proposal & post-campaign templates for internal and external use.
  • Ensure our branding and design standards are maintained across all internal and external materials.
  • Work cross-functionally with our in-house design team to learn & assist in creating innovative and timely assets for both editorial and brand campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of digital design experience, ideally in developing marketing materials
  • Strong sense of visual design, including typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, color, emphasis and consistency
  • Fluency with presentation softwares, such as Google Slides, Keynote, Powerpoint
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • A creative problem solver and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • A consumer of current events, social media, and pop culture
  • Excellent communication skills. Comfortable sharing rationale behind design-based decisions
  • Willingness to collaborate with other designers and creative/brand strategists
