About the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, motivated individual who loves sneakers + streetwear culture to join our marketing team as a Social Media Operations Coordinator.

This role is the engine behind our social media — keeping everything organized, scheduled, and improving week over week across multiple brands.

This is NOT an influencer role and NOT a content creation role. You will not be expected to be on camera or “go viral.” Instead, you’ll help keep our social media calendars tight, workflows clean, and content execution consistent.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves structure, is quick to learn systems, and wants hands-on experience supporting social strategy in a real retail environment.

This is NOT a remote/work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain posting calendars for multiple brands
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Organize photos, videos, captions, and assets into clear systems
  • Track what gets posted vs. what was planned and flag gaps
  • Assist with weekly performance summaries (basic reporting + insights)
  • Collect trend ideas and content opportunities for the team
  • Turn messy inputs into clean, usable plans
  • Support social media consistency and day-to-day execution

  • Be on camera
  • Create all content from scratch
  • Come up with everything yourself
  • Go viral

Qualifications

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and scheduling
  • Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets (we can train the rest)
  • Interest in social media marketing, operations, or brand strategy
  • Knowledge of sneaker culture, brands, and trends is a plus
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite preffered

Schedule

  • 4–6 hour shifts available
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible around class schedules
  • Occasional weekends

Experience (Preferred)

  • Social media knowledge (platform familiarity + basic posting workflow)
  • Strong organizational skills
