We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and analytics-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand and drive growth.

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across all channels to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand visibility. This in-office position requires a regular presence at both our Cerritos and Costa Mesa locations.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including email, SMS, paid ads (Google, Meta), and SEO/SEM

· Develop and publish content for social media, website, newsletters, and internal promotions in alignment with brand voice

· Monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance using data and insights

· Coordinate promotions, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns

· Update and maintain landing pages and website content for conversion and consistency

· Collaborate with internal teams to support events, seasonal promotions, and new service launches

· Engage with online audiences and manage online reputation across platforms

· Capture on-site photo/video content as needed for brand storytelling

Qualifications:

· 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare

· Proficient with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva (or similar platforms), and basic CMS platforms

· Strong writing, communication, and creative visual skills

· Detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused

· Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Cerritos and Costa Mesa locations regularly
