Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, sophisticated, and innovative Social Media Content Creator to elevate our Event Wedding Entertainment and Corporate Production Company’s online presence. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our brand, capturing the artistry of our results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
The ideal candidate possesses a "luxury and energetic aesthetic" eye, understands the nuances of the world of wedding entertainment and production, and is an expert at turning potential client social media journeys into compelling stories. You will thrive in an energetic and exciting environment, where you will produce engaging content that fosters deep trust.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-end content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Linkedin that showcase our personalities, event set-ups and event results as well as "behind-the-scenes" company culture.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography and "Reels/TikTok" style video content, focusing on the artistry of room transformations and client satisfaction.
- Design and implement client loyalty and engagement campaigns, such as seasonal specials and educational webinars, to drive lead generation and confirmed bookings.
- Actively monitor and solicit client feedback while managing reviews across platforms, responding to comments with a blend of empathy and professional brand voice.
- Grow our digital following through organic outreach and strategic relationship management with local influencers and brand partners.
- Execute targeted Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Linkedin ad campaigns specifically tailored to our client demographics.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management for the event entertainment and production sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating high-end visual storytelling.
- Mastery of photo/video editing applications (CapCut, Adobe Suite, or Canva) and social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
- High-level skill in photography, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to navigate a weekend schedule to capture content "in the moment" without disrupting the flow of the event.
- Experience in managing digital public relations and protecting brand reputation.
- Strong understanding of social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends.
- Must be able to independently perform these.
· We are headquartered in Edison NJ; however, we perform at events throughout New Jersey and NYC that you will be required to capture in person.
PT (2-3 days per week requested)
