You will be responsible for managing our entire ecommerce ecosystem, including our Shopify store, Amazon presence, and other marketplace channels like Walmart Marketplace, Faire, and Groupon. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy, including influencer marketing, pre-order campaigns, and management of our 3PL and fulfillment partners like ShipBob, to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and stay current with the latest trends in ecommerce and digital marketing.

- Pre-Order & Launch Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing and operational strategies for new product launches, including managing pre-order campaigns to generate early excitement and sales.
- Email & Retention Marketing: Manage our customer retention strategy using Klaviyo. This involves developing automated email flows, creating engaging campaigns, segmenting our audience, and analyzing performance to increase customer lifetime value.
- Customer Reviews & UGC Management: Develop and manage a strategy for collecting and leveraging customer reviews and user-generated content (UGC) to build social proof and drive sales.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the ecommerce channel budget, ensuring that all marketing and operational expenditures align with our ROAS and profitability goals.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will provide regular reports on performance and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Logistics & Operations Management: Collaborate with our operations team to manage inventory levels and forecast demand. You will also be the primary point of contact for our 3PL and fulfillment partners, including ShipBob, ensuring a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage junior team members or external agencies, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
