And as our Community Outreach Specialist, you’ll spearhead the community’s connection with our brand's values!
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive in-store traffic, app downloads, and brand awareness in and around the Pacific Beach community.
- Plan and coordinate community outreach efforts, including participation in local events, sponsorships, and efforts with nearby schools, businesses, & nonprofit partnerships.
- On occasion, work with digital partners to coordinate hyper-local digital advertising campaigns; including paid social, Google Business updates, and geo-targeted offers.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, analyzing local marketing KPIs like foot traffic, offer redemptions, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate in-store activations, such as holiday promotions, influencer visits, customer appreciation days, and limited-time offers.
- Communicate with franchise operations and management to align marketing efforts with sales goals, staffing capacity, and operational focus.
- Establish relationships with nearby businesses for potential cross-promotions and foot traffic-driving opportunities.
- Report to both local franchise ownership and the broader corporate team, ensuring transparency and alignment across brand expectations.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years experience in local marketing or similar role.
- Ability to research, pitch, and implement new marketing styles/campaigns
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
