Major Frames is a wholesale eyewear company supplying retail stores nationwide. We also sell direct to consumer through Shopify and TikTok. Our focus is building a strong, recognizable brand through consistent, human, short-form content across both B2B and DTC channels.

About the Role

This is a part-time content role for someone who already has hands-on experience managing business social media accounts. It is well suited for an advanced student, recent graduate, or working marketer looking to add a strong, visible client. This is not an entry-level position and requires prior platform experience.

Content is lightly scripted and planned. We spend time upfront aligning on topics, hooks, and messaging so filming is efficient and focused.

What You Will Do

• Plan weekly content themes, hooks, and talking points
• Film short-form video in person with the owner
• Appear on camera for product features and insights
• Edit videos and prepare posts on your own time
• Publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Adjust tone and captions for each platform
• Track basic performance and report what is working

Weekly Time Commitment

• About 10 hours per week total
• About 1 hour per week planning and content alignment
• 30 to 45 minutes filming in person
• Editing and posting done remotely on your own schedule

Content Style

• Short, structured, and natural
• Product- and insight-driven
• Human and brand-forward
• Clean edits with strong hooks
• No influencer dances or over-produced ads

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience with TikTok for Business
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager
• Experience publishing and positioning content on LinkedIn
• Strong written English

If you do not already know these platforms, this role is not a fit. Training from scratch is not available.

On-Camera Presence Requirements

• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera
• Polished, professional appearance suitable for brand-facing video
• Clear speaking voice and strong on-screen presence
• Able to represent a retail brand in public-facing content
