Allied Water Services is seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness. Your creative vision and analytical mindset will be instrumental in shaping our online identity and connecting with our target audience in meaningful ways.
Duties
- Plan and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Visit active and completed job sites to film and photograph projects, equipment, and crews (will provide mileage reimbursement).
- Create and schedule posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Write clear captions that explain services for homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and messaging
- Coordinate with office staff and field leadership for content and scheduling
- Respond to comments and basic messages professionally
- Proofread all content before publishing
- Support local brand visibility and trust rather than influencer or viral trends
Ideal Candidate
- Experience managing social media for construction, trades, home services, or industrial companies (strongly preferred)
- Understands how to market services like septic, sewer, waterproofing, drainage, or utilities to homeowners and property managers
- Comfortable turning job site photos and videos into clean, informative content
- Strong writing skills with clear, professional tone
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with local service-based marketing is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
