Personal Brand Growth Social Media Strategist (Instagram) to the CEO International Inc. 5000 company

Job Salary: $40-60k / On site position - Miami, FL.

We’re looking for a fast, creative, and strategic individual to work directly with our CEO. You’ll drive Instagram growth and lead content strategy across digital platforms, creating engaging short-form content and ensuring a cohesive online presence. If you’re detail-oriented, quick, and love telling stories that capture attention, this is your moment!

Occasional travel may be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events in the U.S., LATAM, and Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a content strategy that supports personal brand growth.
Plan, write, and schedule primarily short-form video content.
Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt them creatively.
Use Meta Business Suite for scheduling, reporting, and community management.
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Respond to shifting priorities and feedback with agility.
Demonstrate strong copywriting skills.
Maintain an organized content calendar and adapt quickly to feedback or changes.
Communicate effectively with both creative teams and senior executives.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Strong experience working with personal brands and influencers, as well as content planning and audience growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent storytelling skills.
Proficient in Meta Business Suite.
Strategic thinker with a track record of growing social media accounts.
Great communicator, able to work with creative teams and senior leadership.
Organized and comfortable with fast-paced feedback loops.
Proactive and collaborative, with a creative yet execution-focused mindset.
Competencies: teamwork, innovation, attention to detail, responsibility.

NICE TO HAVE

Marketing, Communications, or a similar major.
Paid social experience.
Experience with personal brands and influencers.
Background in influencer marketing, working with content creators.
