They are seeking a visionary Console Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness and engagement through influencer programs, community initiatives, and esports partnerships.
Responsibilities • Define and lead the global console influencer and community engagement strategy that positions Razer as the most trusted brand for console gamers • Build a scalable program that leverages influencers, streamers, and content creators to drive cultural relevance and brand affinity within console & mobile gaming • Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier influencers, ambassadors, and creators across console games and genres, working closely with the global esports and community teams • Foster long-term relationships through personalized engagement, exclusive opportunities, and collaborative campaigns • Integrate with Razer’s tiered influencer programs (from grassroots to celebrity-level) and deliver measurable reach, engagement, and conversion for console • Develop community-driven initiatives such as ambassador programs, creator challenges, and social activations to deepen brand loyalty • Establish KPIs for influencer reach, engagement, and ROI; track and optimize campaigns for maximum impact • Utilize analytics tools to report on influencer performance and community growth, ensuring data-driven decision-making • Build and maintain partnerships with esports organizations, tournament operators, and publishers to create high-impact activations • Oversee BU planning and execution of global events (PAX, Esports Partner Events etc.), ensuring world-class brand presence and immersive experiences • Partner with global esports, influencer, social, and brand teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that resonate with console gamers • Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and report on ROI/ROAS for influencer and event initiatives
Skills • 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community engagement, and esports partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven success in building large-scale influencer programs and executing global brand activations • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills • Deep knowledge of console gaming communities and influencer ecosystems • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and deliver measurable impact • Willingness to travel to Irvine, CA and Singapore offices periodically, plus attend US events and esports tournaments
