- Support the growth of influencer affiliate programs, partnering with creators to implement link strategies that drive measurable online bookings, revenue, and on-property spend.
- Track, analyze, and report on influencer and affiliate KPIs (engagement, reach, Earn Media Value (EMV), conversions, revenue impact) and share insights regularly with leadership.
- Coordinate paid and organic influencer campaigns across social platforms, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and brand standards are consistently met.
- Partner with Marketing, PR, and Brand teams to repurpose creator content for social, paid media, CRM, and website use, ensuring content maximizes reach and storytelling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator communities, continually sourcing new partners aligned with brand positioning.
- Innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends
- Maintain budgets, contracts, trackers, and important documents, ensuring timely payments, and clean internal workflows.

- Hands-on experience using modern affiliate and creator commerce platforms (such as LTK, Rakuten, Impact.com, or similar) and familiarity with influencer management tools is required (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Aspire, GRIN).
- Proficiency in social media management + reporting tools, including Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, influencer KPIs, and campaign measurement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Genuine passion for hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and creating memorable guest storytelling moments.
