About the Company

RODO Medical, Inc. is an innovative medical device company founded in 2009 in San Jose, California (Silicon Valley). We specialize in patented, FDA-cleared dental implant technologies, including the Smileloc® Abutment System. Leveraging shape-memory technology, these devices provide a screw-free and cement-free solution for attaching restorations—such as crowns, bridges, and full-mouth prostheses—to implants, enabling simpler, more retrievable, and easier-to-maintain procedures compared to traditional methods.

Through our Smileloc® Implant Centers and affiliated network of dentists, we deliver these advanced treatment solutions to patients at significantly reduced costs across locations in Texas and Oklahoma, with plans for further U.S. expansion in 2026 and 2027.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and exceptionally creative professional to create, edit, and publish engaging content—including videos, shorts, reels, and graphics—across social media platforms. This role is centered on powerfully communicating our disruptive, state-of-the-art dental implant treatments and their life-changing benefits, helping millions of patients access superior care at a fraction of the cost of conventional options.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with high-performing teams of engineers, clinicians, key opinion leaders, staff, and patients.

You will play a pivotal role in driving patient awareness of our innovative solutions while elevating our brand image, culture, and industry ethos. This position suits a dedicated professional who excels in challenging, high-reward settings and enjoys partnering with top talent and experts.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in content creation and editing tools, along with hands-on experience managing and optimizing content across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and others.

  • Craft compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that align with our brand voice
  • Monitor performance metrics, engagement, and trends to refine and optimize content
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-wide initiatives
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing
  • Professionally engage with patients and followers by responding to comments and messages
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
  • Strong proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents)
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, design, storytelling, and branding
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
