Responsibilities A Part-Time Social Media Affiliate Agent finds, recruits, and manages influencers for affiliate programs, handling all aspects from initial DMs and sample coordination to tracking sales and optimizing campaigns for revenue growth, requiring strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, plus deep knowledge of TikTok trends and the Shop ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment & Outreach Source and vet potential TikTok creators (micro to macro) using tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, FastMoss, or Kalodata.

Send high-volume outreach (DMs, emails) to persuade creators to join for commission/sample deals.

Negotiate commission rates and manage contracts.

Coordinate product seeding and sample logistics.

Program Management Manage affiliate databases, rosters, and tracking sheets (e.g., Google Sheets).

Onboard new affiliates, provide content guidelines, and offer coaching.

Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear, upbeat communication.

Align creator content with broader marketing goals and product launches.
