Moreno's Roofing is hiring a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate our presence both online and in the community. You’ll be the voice and vision behind our company. <Duties>

  • Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase followers and engagement.
  • Create engaging multimedia content related to our industry including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts.
  • Manage social media scheduling.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and customer feedback; leverage this data to refine campaigns.
  • Understand and conduct keyword research and implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to enhance content visibility on search engines.
  • Serve as a team representative at community events, fairs, activities, and programs (at times will require carrying, and setting up display materials at events, moving promotional items, and other event duties).
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current industry trends and social media best practices.
  • Create and maintain Moreno's Roofing website content .Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to expand brand reach through public relations efforts.

<Skills>

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visually appealing content.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for editing images and videos; basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  • Expertise in SEO techniques including keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
  • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms; ability to analyze campaign data via Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading to ensure error-free content that aligns with branding standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams, influencers, media contacts, and community partners.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce strategies is advantageous for supporting online sales initiatives through targeted marketing efforts. Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a marketing and/or development role required.
  • Must show strong portfolio or examples demonstrating social media strategy and content development.

Successful completion of a drug screen and background check are required. Valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required; this position requires traveling throughout Michiana area as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
