We are seeking a dynamic, sophisticated, and innovative Social Media Content Creator to elevate our plastic surgery and aesthetic practice’s online presence. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our brand, capturing the artistry of our results while maintaining the highest standards of medical professionalism.

The ideal candidate possesses a "luxury aesthetic" eye, understands the nuances of the elective surgery market, and is an expert at turning patient journeys into compelling, HIPAA-compliant stories. You will thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, bridging the gap between medical expertise and viral, engaging content that fosters deep community trust.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-end content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that showcase surgical results, non-invasive treatments, and "behind-the-scenes" practice culture.
• Capture and edit high-quality photography and "Reels/TikTok" style video content, focusing on the artistry of patient transformations and provider expertise.
• Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing patient consent forms for all social media appearances and ensuring sensitive medical information is never compromised.
• Design and implement patient loyalty and engagement campaigns, such as seasonal aesthetic specials and educational webinars, to drive lead generation and repeat bookings.
• Actively monitor and solicit client feedback while managing reviews across platforms, responding to comments with a blend of empathy and professional brand voice.
• Grow our digital following through organic outreach and strategic relationship management with local influencers and brand partners.
• Use Google Analytics and platform insights to track patient acquisition costs and conversion rates, optimizing content for both search visibility and aesthetic appeal.
• Execute targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns specifically tailored to aesthetic patient demographics.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management for the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, specifically within the beauty, luxury, or medical aesthetics industries, with a portfolio demonstrating high-end visual storytelling.
• Fundamental understanding of HIPAA knowledge and patient privacy laws as they relate to digital marketing and photography.
• Mastery of photo/video editing applications (CapCut, Adobe Suite, or Canva) and social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
• High-level skill in photography, lighting, and composition, which is essential for capturing surgical results accurately and beautifully.
• Exceptional proofreading and copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex medical procedures into digestible, engaging content.
• Ability to navigate a busy surgical schedule to capture content "in the moment" without disrupting patient care or clinic flow.
• Experience in managing digital public relations and protecting brand reputation in a high-stakes medical environment.
• Strong understanding of social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends within the plastic surgery space.
• Must be able to independently perform these tasks along with lead generation and follow up. Appointment scheduling duties required
• Work is in person in Somerset county NJ (Warren NJ and Hillsborough NJ)

PT (2-3 days per week requested)
