Position Summary

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of Holosun’s marketing strategy as a leading brand in the optical and laser sighting system space. This role partners closely with sales and marketing leadership to drive brand growth, product visibility, content strategy, and compliant marketing execution across digital, event, and sales channel platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Support market research on U.S. tactical optics trends, competitive products, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Assist in developing annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets aligned with the company’s technology strengths.
  • Establish marketing project timelines, tracking mechanisms, and progress reporting for global leadership.
  • Support the development of mid- and long-term marketing strategies, including product marketing frameworks and differentiated go-to-market plans for core product lines.

Team & Resource Management

  • Assist in setting team KPIs, task allocation, and performance tracking to support efficient execution.
  • Help develop team training and guidance programs to strengthen professionalism and execution in the tactical optics space.
  • Support the selection, onboarding, execution, and performance evaluation of external partners such as influencers, trade show vendors, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Maintain a partner database and ROI evaluation framework to optimize resource allocation.

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Support brand positioning and premium brand development, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market influence.
  • Lead the development of a structured content marketing system, including content standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Produce and manage professional, technology-focused content for multiple use cases, reinforcing Holosun’s technical authority.
  • Review marketing plans and produce post-campaign summaries to support continuous improvement.

Channel & Event Coordination

  • Integrate and optimize digital marketing channels to improve reach, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Support the planning and execution of offline marketing activities, including major industry trade shows and dealer joint events across North America.
  • Ensure end-to-end event coordination, goal alignment, and post-event performance evaluation.

Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Assist with marketing compliance reviews and help maintain internal compliance controls.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with U.S. firearms-related regulations, platform policies, and industry ethical standards.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies and provide targeted marketing support.
  • Establish feedback loops with the technical team to communicate market needs and support localized product development and iteration.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards tracking key metrics such as brand exposure, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual marketing performance reports.
  • Use data and ROI analysis to continuously optimize marketing strategies and budget allocation.
  • Perform additional strategic tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, business administration, international trade, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in the U.S. outdoor, tactical optics, firearms, or hunting industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry marketing compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in high-performing teams with a strong collaborative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,700.00 - $8,500.00 per month
