Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-house role will focus on promoting our molecular iodine product line through recruiting, training and motivating brand ambassadors, representing ioTech International at dental and medical trade shows across the United States, and creating and managing consumer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage Brand Ambassadors nationwide.
• Travel to major dental conferences and trade shows to promote ioTech’s Brand Ambassador Program.
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to explain and promote the ambassador program.
• Create engaging video and social media content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Serve as the motivational support and primary point of contact for Brand Ambassadors.
• Present and speak confidently to small and large audiences about ioTech products and programs.
• Maintain and manage relationships using CRM and Ambassador software.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns and enhance social media visibility.

Qualifications

• Confidence, self motivated, with the ability to motivate other.
• Strong sales background.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology a plus.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and influencer management platforms desirable.
• Skilled in social media content creation and video marketing.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for trade shows and events.
