The salary range for this position is $33.50 - $36.00 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location.

SUMMARY

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in influencer relations/marketing/PR, with a strong foundation in affiliate marketing and/or TikTok Shop. Experience with YouTube’s affiliate programming is a plus. They should have superior organizational and problem-solving skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if they have hands-on content creation skills (filming, editing, producing short-form video) to support both the Ole Henriksen brand channels and to provide creative inspiration for influencers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help support the Ole Henriksen ambassador program, develop creative briefs, and actively manage communication with ambassadors.
  • Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and plans across platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok Shop and affiliate programs.
  • Assist with end-to-end management of TikTok Shop and YouTube affiliate activations, including creator onboarding, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns based on insights.
  • Partner with creators to generate engaging, on-brand content; provide creative guidance and inspiration for influencers producing TikTok Shop and affiliate-related content.
  • Film and edit content as needed for the Ole Henriksen TikTok Shop, brand channels, and seeding/influencer inspiration.
  • Assist the Global Influencer Marketing team with administrative tasks, including placing product orders, managing purchase orders and invoices, shipping/tracking samples and gifts, booking travel, preparing for meetings, and organizing/updating key internal documents and databases.
  • Responsibly represent the brand and build/manage relationships with influencer partners, talent managers, affiliate platforms, and contacts at each social network.
  • Monitor trends, creator performance, and competitor activity to develop insights and optimize influencer and affiliate strategies.
  • Help manage the annual influencer/affiliate budget, forecasting, planning, and tracking to optimize spend based on business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 1–2 years of relevant job experience, preferably in influencer relations, marketing, and/or PR on brand and/or agency side; beauty experience a plus.
  • Experience with affiliate programs (TikTok Shop required; YouTube affiliate program experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of short-form video content and trends; content creation/editing skills (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts) preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently and within teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – able to cope with ambiguity and work independently with little or no direction.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas.
