We’re looking for a Brand Director to own and elevate how we show up everywhere: creative, messaging, campaigns, partnerships, packaging, and the full brand experience across channels.

What You’ll Do
Own the brand, end-to-end
- Define and evolve brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across products and audiences.
- Build a consistent, differentiated brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints (site, social, email/SMS, paid, packaging, Amazon, retail).
Lead creative & campaign strategy
- Develop and oversee 360° campaign concepts, from big idea through execution, working closely with performance marketing, lifecycle, social, and e-commerce teams.
- Guide creative direction for launches, seasonal initiatives, product storytelling, and evergreen brand moments.
Drive growth through brand
- Partner with Performance Marketing to create ad ecosystems that scale while staying on-brand.
- Strengthen customer trust, retention, and community through brand-led initiatives and storytelling.
Build & lead a high-performance team
- Lead internal creative resources and/or agencies across design, video, copy, creators, and production.
- Set clear expectations, workflows, QA standards, and creative feedback loops that ship fast without sacrificing quality.
Influence product & packaging
- Partner with Product, R&D, and Compliance to ensure brand-forward packaging, claims, and education that are accurate and market-ready.
- Own brand standards for packaging design and brand architecture across categories.
Expand partnerships & cultural relevance
- Identify and execute collaborations, influencers/athletes/ambassadors, and strategic partnerships aligned with brand values.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Audit the current brand ecosystem and deliver a clear roadmap: positioning, voice, creative standards, and campaign cadence.
- Establish a scalable creative process (briefing → production → review → launch) that supports rapid growth.
- Launch at least one brand-defining initiative that improves brand consistency and performance across key channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in brand, creative, or integrated marketing (DTC/ecommerce strongly preferred).
- Proven experience leading brand strategy and creative across multiple channels.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand storytelling and campaign leadership.
- Ability to collaborate with performance marketing (you understand what scales and why).
- Confident leader who is direct, constructive, and capable of raising the bar.
- Comfortable moving fast, prioritizing, and shipping in a high-growth environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Supplement/CPG experience
- Creator/influencer strategy experience
- Packaging + product storytelling expertise
- Amazon brand content experience
