We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will work closely under one of our Talent Managers, supporting day-to-day operations across client work, partnerships, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to a Talent Manager across all client accounts
- Track incoming brand inquiries, coordinate deliverables, and help manage campaign timelines
- Draft and organize contracts, call sheets, and brand documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings, shoots, and events
- Maintain organized digital records, trackers, and calendars for each client
- Communicate with clients and brand partners in a timely and professional manner
- Research industry trends, emerging talent, and partnership opportunities
- Support special projects including deck building, campaign reporting, and product launches
You Are:
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs or problems before they arise
- Familiar with the influencer and creator landscape, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, talent-first culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (influencer marketing, talent management, PR, entertainment, or agency experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools like Trello, Slack, Airtable, or similar project management platforms a plus
- Strong interest in the creator economy and digital culture
