Creator Relationship Manager

Meaningful Beauty is seeking a relationship-driven, execution-minded Creator Partnerships Manager to help build and scale our creator ecosystem across social, performance, and commerce channels.

Founded over 20 years ago by Cindy Crawford with the goal of making effective beauty solutions more accessible, Meaningful Beauty partners with creators who can credibly communicate real results and foster long-term trust with our consumers.

This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and business performance. You will be responsible for building and managing a roster of creators, owning day-to-day creator relationships, negotiating partnerships, and supporting our affiliate strategy in close partnership with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how creator partnerships drive trust, relevance, and conversion, particularly when speaking to a 35+ consumer.

The ideal candidate brings existing creator relationships, strong negotiation instincts, and the operational rigor required to turn creator partnerships into a repeatable, high-performing growth channel.

You will not inherit a fully built system. You will help shape it. Working closely with the VP of Content Strategy and cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in building a creator engine that drives growth, credibility, and long-term brand resonance.

What You Will Do

Creator Strategy & Roster Development

• Build and scale Meaningful Beauty’s creator roster across skincare, haircare, and bodycare, with a focus on creators who authentically resonate with a 35+ audience.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon, partnering with the Content and Acquisition teams to deliver a range of content styles and formats.
• Maintain an active pipeline of new talent and continuously evolve the roster based on performance, brand alignment, and business needs.

Creator Relationship Management

• Own day-to-day creator relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for creators and/or their management.
• Build long-term partnerships rooted in trust, clarity, and mutual value.
• Ensure creators are well-briefed, supported, and aligned with brand expectations while preserving authenticity.

Partnership Negotiation & Execution

• Lead negotiation of creator partnerships, including fees, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, and paid amplification where applicable.
• Manage contracts and partnership details in collaboration with legal, finance, and key internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, from briefing and product seeding through content delivery and wrap reporting.

Affiliate Program Collaboration

• Support Meaningful Beauty’s creator affiliate strategy in close partnership with the Channels, Acquisition, and E-Commerce teams, with a focus on scaling high-performing creator partners.
• Recruit and manage affiliate creators, contributing to decisions around partner selection, content approach, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate on performance insights and learnings to help inform affiliate growth and creator investment decisions.

Performance & Operations

• Track and report on creator performance, including engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Maintain organized tracking of creator rosters, deal terms, usage windows, deliverables, and learnings.
• Use performance insights to inform future creator selection, deal structures, and content direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Content, Acquisition, Social, Brand, PR, and E-Commerce teams to ensure creator efforts support launches, evergreen storytelling, and growth initiatives.
• Support the broader content ecosystem by helping translate creator output into reusable, high-impact assets across channels.

Who You Are

• A creator partnerships or influencer marketing operator with 5–7+ years of experience working in-house at a consumer brand within a digital-first environment.
• Experienced working with creators who primarily speak to a 35+ audience and who understand how to balance credibility, relatability, and performance.
• Deeply familiar with the beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle creator landscape, with existing relationships you can activate.
• Comfortable negotiating partnership terms and owning conversations end to end.
• Highly accountable and ownership-driven, with a strong track record of taking full responsibility for outcomes and results.
• Exceptionally organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously while keeping details tight.

The company is based in El Segundo, California and currently works in a hybrid schedule, with employees required to report in-office once every other week and for additional events throughout the year. Candidates must be able to work on Pacific Time.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
