The Social Media Intern will play a hands-on role in content creation, community engagement, and campaign support across Morrie’s Auto Group’s social media platforms. You’ll help bring our brand voice to life - showcasing our vehicles, our people, and our customers through scroll-stopping visuals and authentic storytelling.
This role is ideal for a creative, self-motivated student who loves digital trends, cars, and culture, and wants to gain real-world experience in automotive marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Assist in planning, filming, and editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Capture behind-the-scenes footage at events, dealerships, and community partnerships.
Create on-brand graphics and captions for social media posts.
Campaign Support:
Help brainstorm and execute seasonal or promotional campaigns.
Support influencer partnerships, contests, and giveaways.
Research trends and competitor activity to inform creative ideas.
Brand Storytelling:
Collaborate with dealership teams to feature employees, customers, and vehicles.
Highlight community events and brand initiatives that reinforce Morrie’s values.

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Passion for social media trends, storytelling, and video creation.
Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and YouTube.
Ability to edit content in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Must have reliable transportation for on-site shoots and events
