Under the direction of the Vice President of Brand Marketing, the Director of Integrated Marketing will strategically lead and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates entertainment marketing, brand partnerships, events (onsite and offsite), social media, influencer partnerships, and VIP celebrity engagement. This role will focus on creating innovative campaigns, driving brand visibility, and delivering exceptional event experiences while managing a team of direct reports. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strategic vision, capable of driving innovation across a highly complex hospitality and entertainment enterprise.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events, or a related field is preferred. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of six (6) years of proven experience in destination entertainment, lifestyle brand marketing, event management, brand partnerships, social media, and influencer relationship management.
Demonstrated experience leading marketing and event strategies for high-profile, high-volume brands.
