Marketing & Social Media Manager – Galaxy Golf Cars Overview

Galaxy Golf Cars is one of DFW’s fastest-growing golf cart dealerships, and we’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to help elevate our brand across digital, local, and community channels.

This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, and community engagement. You’ll help tell the story of why cruising a golf cart isn’t just transportation—it’s a lifestyle. From showcasing our newest carts to promoting service programs, seasonal sales, rentals, and local events, you will play a key role in driving awareness, leads, and dealership growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy, Planning & Analytics

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote sales, rentals, service offerings, promotions, and new products.
  • Create and manage a content calendar in collaboration with leadership and virtual assistant support.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword strategies to enhance online discoverability.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across all platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives such as mailers, magazine spots, partnerships, and local publications.
  • Support branding efforts to strengthen market position and reinforce a consistent, recognizable brand identity.

Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Develop and publish high-quality social content—including videos, graphics, photography, and written posts—across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos of inventory, customer deliveries, behind-the-scenes activities, and events.
  • Monitor community engagement, trends, and social listening insights to grow and engage our audience.
  • Use scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite) to organize, deploy, and optimize content.
  • Build strong relationships with followers, customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Ensure all content is organized and archived in Google Drive for internal use.

Website, Listings & Digital Advertising

  • Work with our website management team to ensure accurate and updated inventory listings, pricing, specials, banners, and blog content.
  • Manage external listings and marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace and other sales channels.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads, etc.) to generate targeted leads and conversions.
  • Assist in developing landing pages and digital assets that support sales and service objectives.

Event Planning & Community Marketing

  • Identify, plan, promote, and attend community events, dealer activations, HOA events, and promotional opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics including vendors, permits, supplies, and on-site branding.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials and keep marketing/event storage areas organized.
  • Track all event contacts—such as lifestyle directors, community partners, and vendors—in the CRM for future outreach.

Graphic Design, Branding & Creative Support

  • Design or assist in producing flyers, print ads, signage, brochures, digital ads, and other promotional assets.
  • Work with designers or creative contractors when needed to elevate brand presentation.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints—digital, print, in-store, and fleet.

Customer Engagement & Reputation Management

  • Support customer appreciation initiatives, referral programs, loyalty strategies, and brand-building experiences.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming showroom environment and support customer interactions when in office (phones, greetings, light administrative support).

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, digital advertising, or social media management (retail or dealership experience a plus).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content, campaigns, or brand-building work.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, analytics, and modern digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong camera, photo/video editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of event coordination or community marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
