Pay Range: $45,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Specialist to help manage and grow our brand presence across digital channels. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who has real-world experience running social media accounts, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting both retail, wholesale and e-commerce growth.

You will work closely with ownership and leadership to plan, execute, and optimize marketing efforts across social, email, web, and in-store campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (photo, video, stories, reels)
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and in-store events
  • Assist with website content updates, promotions, and SEO-driven initiatives
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and report insights
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, and vendors when needed
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
  • Stay current on social media trends and recommend new strategies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or social media management
  • Proven experience managing business social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices
  • Comfortable creating short-form video and social content
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in retail, lifestyle brands, or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience working with influencers or brand partnerships
  • Photography or video editing skills
