Pay Range: $45,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Specialist to help manage and grow our brand presence across digital channels. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who has real-world experience running social media accounts, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting both retail, wholesale and e-commerce growth.
You will work closely with ownership and leadership to plan, execute, and optimize marketing efforts across social, email, web, and in-store campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (photo, video, stories, reels)
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and in-store events
- Assist with website content updates, promotions, and SEO-driven initiatives
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and report insights
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and vendors when needed
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
- Stay current on social media trends and recommend new strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or social media management
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices
- Comfortable creating short-form video and social content
- Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in retail, lifestyle brands, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience working with influencers or brand partnerships
- Photography or video editing skills
