Beauty Master Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

Beauty Master is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands beauty trends, and knows how to turn content into engagement and sales.

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing Beauty Master’s social media presence across multiple platforms while maintaining our brand voice and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Stay up to date on beauty, K-Beauty, and social media trends
• Develop content ideas including reels, short-form videos, product features, and promotions
• Collaborate with marketing, store teams, and influencers
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build community
• Track performance and provide insights on growth and engagement
• Support campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing or content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social trends
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills preferred (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field
