Role Description

This is an hybrid internship for a Video Editor / Social Media/ Marketing Intern for Spring 2026, based in Massachusetts. We are seeking a college student who is proficient in videography, video editing, and social media content creation to support content production for a large, mission-driven influencer with over 9 million+ followers across all platforms.

The intern will assist with video production and post-production, including editing, color grading, basic motion graphics, and preparing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube (short- and long-form), and other social platforms. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to conceptualize, design, and execute content strategies that align with the brand’s mission, goals, and audience.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and social-first, with a strong understanding of short-form storytelling, platform-specific trends, and digital-first content.

In addition to content creation, this role offers hands-on experience helping build and scale a mission-driven startup from the ground up. The intern will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute creative ideas that influence brand direction, storytelling strategy, and platform growth

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in video production, with an understanding of various filming and storytelling techniques
  • Strong video editing skills to produce polished, high-quality content
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices for driving engagement
  • Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Genuine interest in impact-driven storytelling, particularly around mental health & addiction recovery

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
