Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and curate engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts to ensure optimal engagement.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for campaigns and posts.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and manage community relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency across visual content.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of e-commerce integrations is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers, influencers, and partners.

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
