Influencer Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to support and scale Cozy Earth's influencer partnerships. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of our influencer programs while building strong, authentic relationships with creators. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly and drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities:

• Support influencer program operations, including campaign calendars, affiliate coordination, product seeding, and launch execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and positive partnership experiences.
• Assist with the execution of influencer campaigns tied to product launches, promotions, evergreen partnerships, and UGC initiatives.
• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and smooth execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams-including marketing, creative, and brand-to align influencer efforts with broader campaign goals.
• Help maintain and organize influencer rosters, contracts, and performance notes.
• Review influencer-generated content and provide thoughtful feedback to ensure alignment with Cozy Earth's brand voice and standards.
• Support reporting and analysis by compiling performance data and insights.
• Stay up to date on influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or social media marketing (e-commerce or lifestyle brands a plus).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms (Grin experience is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret basic performance metrics.
• Passion for social media, creator partnerships, and building authentic relationships.
• Collaborative, positive, and proactive team player.
