We are building a modern, customer-centric platform that empowers consumers to make better financial decisions. As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic Social Media Director to lead our social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Manage and grow company presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Lead content planning, creation, publishing, and optimization (organic and paid)
• Oversee social media calendars, campaigns, and launches
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Analyze performance metrics, insights, and trends to optimize campaigns and report ROI
• Manage paid social campaigns, budgets, targeting, and A/B testing
• Monitor brand reputation, respond to engagement, and manage online communities
• Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
• Lead, mentor, and manage social media staff or external agencies
• Establish brand voice, tone, and social media guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, with leadership experience preferred
• Proven success in building and scaling social media audiences and engagement
• Strong understanding of social analytics tools, KPIs, and reporting
• Experience with paid social advertising and campaign optimization
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual content judgment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising
• Video and short-form content strategy experience
• Background in brand management or performance marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
