Marketing & Content Coordinator

The Opportunity

Are you a creative storyteller who loves food, fast-paced environments, and seeing your content drive real business results? We are looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to own the digital presence for three thriving local businesses: two Philly Pretzel Factory locations (Retail & Wholesale) and Strictly Catering, our full-service professional catering company.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. One morning you’ll be filming a "behind-the-scenes" Reel of 500 pretzels being twisted for a high school fundraiser; that afternoon, you’ll be designing a high-end email campaign to land a corporate gala for Strictly Catering. We provide the food; you provide the creativity.

What You’ll Do

* High-Energy Content Creation: Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and photography that make our food look irresistible.

* Social Media Management: Manage the daily "vibe" across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will pivot between the fun, community-driven energy of pretzels and the professional, polished look of Strictly Catering.

* B2B & Wholesale Growth: Use LinkedIn and direct email marketing to reach local schools, sports teams, and HR managers for opportunities to utilize our soft pretzels or to book large-scale event catering.

* Email Marketing: Design and send engaging newsletters for both brands to keep our catering clients and pretzel fans hungry for more.

* Community Engagement: Be the "voice" of our brands—responding to fans, engaging with local Central PA influencers, and managing reviews.

Who You Are

* Experience: 2–4 years in marketing or content creation (Ideal for a high-potential professional looking for more ownership).

* Technical Skills: Expert in Canva, CapCut (or similar video editors), and Meta Business Suite.

* The "Hustle": You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You’ll jump in to capture the perfect shot while the bakery or kitchen is buzzing.

* Strategic Thinker: You understand that "Likes" are great, but "Orders" are better. You know how to track what’s working.

* Local: Must have reliable transportation to travel between the bakeries, kitchen, and catering event sites.
