We are building the transaction rail that allows brands and creators to convert content directly into attributed, settled commerce — without broken redirects, lost attribution, or delayed payouts.

Our core primitive is the Capsule : a programmable, shoppable unit that embeds products directly into content and settles transactions natively. Capsules power Signature Drops — high-intent, limited releases between brands and creators that stress-test conversion, attribution, and settlement under real demand.

CapsuleGraph is designed to sit beneath the creator economy , not compete with it. We do not rely on ads, influencers blasting links, or CAC arbitrage. We focus on transaction integrity, execution quality, and repeatable GTM mechanics .

Role Mandate (Read This Carefully)

This is not a traditional marketing or growth role .

Your mandate is to manufacture early momentum, qualified demand, and investor-credible traction ahead of platform launch and Signature Drops.

You will work closely with leadership, talent relations, and brand partners to turn relationships into pipeline , pipeline into commitments , and commitments into proof .

What You Will Own 1. Pre-Launch Momentum & Waiting List Strategy

  • Build and manage segmented waiting lists :
  • Brands
  • Creators / Celebrities
  • Agencies & managers
  • Qualify demand (intent > volume)
  • Convert interest into commitments , not email signups

2. Signature Drop Readiness Support

  • Coordinate pre-drop communications
  • Support brand and creator onboarding workflows
  • Manage countdowns, timelines, and readiness signals
  • Ensure Drops launch with maximum credibility, not hype

3. Traction Artifacts

You will help generate:

  • LOIs
  • Brand soft-commitments
  • Creator participation confirmations
  • Drop calendars
  • Documented demand pipelines

These artifacts will be used directly in investor conversations.

4. Momentum Storytelling (External & Internal)

  • Craft founder-led updates
  • Shape pre-launch narratives without leaking deals
  • Translate execution progress into investor-readable signals
  • Ensure consistent GTM messaging across decks and outreach

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work alongside Talent Relations
  • Support brand partnership execution
  • Align GTM activity with product readiness
  • Maintain clean feedback loops with leadership

What This Role Does NOT Do

  • No performance marketing dashboards
  • No vanity metrics

What Success Looks Like (90 Days)

  • 10–20 qualified brands in active pipeline
  • Multiple LOIs or written commitments
  • Clear Drop execution calendar
  • Creator participation confirmations
  • Investor-ready traction narrative
  • Strong internal signal that Signature Drops will launch cleanly
