Head of Marketing

Overview:

We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and the team behind our two brands: Astoria Activewear and Haute Swimwear. You will be responsible for managing marketing across all channels, ranging from influencer marketing and social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and creative.

You can expect to regularly assess and produce reports on team performance, conduct hiring, assist with queries, and ensure the marketing experience, brand voice, and aesthetic are as cohesive as possible for our team and potential customers.

Required:

• 3+ years managing Shopify-based eCommerce brands (women's fashion required)
• Experience with social media marketing
• Extensive team management skills
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify Analytics
• Expert in team management skills and able to delegate work effectively
• Based in Miami and available to work in-house (close to the Aventura area preferred)

Beneficial:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
