Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating engaging content, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with strong skills in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing tools to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities including scheduling posts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions.
  • Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content including photography and video editing to support marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and visibility in search engines.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate branding efforts and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Oversee relationship management with influencers, partners, and community stakeholders to foster positive engagement.
  • Assist in e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media marketing strategies with online sales channels.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid digital marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations, and e-commerce integration.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data insights for continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
