Capstone Search Advisors is partnering with a growth-oriented organization to identify a Director of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives across e-commerce, consumer branding, sports-related partnerships, and commercial B2B channels.

This is a senior leadership role for a data-driven and creative marketing professional with experience scaling direct-to-consumer and digital commerce platforms while also supporting commercial and institutional market growth.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Digital Growth

  • Lead strategy and execution for Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales channels
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through paid media, influencer marketing, and retargeting
  • Optimize digital content, product listings, and storefront experiences for conversion and brand consistency
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and growth strategy
  • Leverage analytics to continuously improve ROI and performance

Sports & Consumer Brand Integration

  • Utilize professional and collegiate sports relationships to strengthen consumer brand credibility
  • Develop ambassador, sponsorship, and co-marketing campaigns
  • Translate professional-level performance validation into compelling consumer storytelling
  • Manage event marketing and partnership activations to expand brand awareness

Commercial & B2B Marketing

  • Build and execute marketing strategies targeting hospitality, healthcare, institutional, and industrial customers
  • Develop B2B marketing collateral including case studies, technical documentation, and digital assets
  • Support Sales through lead generation, account-based marketing, and channel enablement
  • Increase brand presence through trade shows, industry partnerships, and targeted digital campaigns

Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the overall marketing strategy, budget, and KPIs
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across consumer, commercial, and partnership channels
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market execution

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
  • Advanced degree preferred

Experience

  • 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles
  • Proven success growing Amazon and DTC channels with measurable ROI
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods, performance brands, or sports-related marketing preferred
  • Strong background in B2B marketing within commercial or institutional environments
  • Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise or professional relationships into consumer growth
