Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing eye-catching visuals that enhance campaigns.
- Plan and implement targeted advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels to reach specific audiences.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with tools like Google Analytics and Buffer to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate public relations efforts by managing relationship with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify brand messaging.
- Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining consistent content flow.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic reach on search engines and social platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening techniques.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform as well as other paid digital advertising channels.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in branding, relationship management, public relations, e-commerce strategies, photography, video editing, and web analytics is highly desirable.
