CELESTE™ is entering a rebrand and expansion phase—requiring a hands-on strategic partner to manage brand positioning, marketing systems, content pipelines, social media execution, and audience-to-sales conversion. This is an equity-based partnership intended for someone who wants to build with us, not just work for us.

Role Type

  • Equity-based / revenue-share partnership
  • Contract: 10–15 hours per week to start
  • Hybrid Remote (Charlotte, NC preferred for content days)
  • Ideal for a freelancer, brand manager, or small agency owner seeking long-term equity
  • Compensation tied directly to performance, growth, and sales metrics

Compensation is not hourly. It scales from:

  • Salon bookings / product packages sold
  • Athleisure sales (percentage per drop)
  • Sponsorships / partnerships / speaking engagements
  • Nonprofit fundraising & campaign-based revenue
  • Future equity negotiations: Beautypreneur Suite™ (SaaS) + podcast/media arm

Your Role & Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Social Media

  • Manage branding, messaging, and content across 4 Instagram pages + TikTok
  • Build a consistent posting schedule across all brands
  • Develop storyline, pillars, and launch calendars
  • Plan and repurpose content; reduce filming workload for the founder
  • Track performance metrics and translate insights into sales strategy

Brand Management

  • Maintain cohesion across salon, athleisure, nonprofit, and personal brand
  • Protect brand identity during rebranding and rollout
  • Support upcoming launches, including:
  • Beautypreneur Suite™ SaaS platform (beta phase)
  • Athleisure relaunch and brand ambassador program
  • CELESTE™ podcast and media arm

PR & Visibility

  • Pitch for panels, press, partnerships, and speaking engagements
  • Build media kits, one-sheets, and partnership decks
  • Assist with influencer/ambassador collaborations for athleisure + salon
  • Coordinate retail, UGC partnerships, and earned media opportunities

Sales & Revenue Alignment

  • Create marketing tied to realistic revenue goals
  • Help structure funnels for booking, buying, donating, and applying
  • Identify conversion opportunities across content, events, and partnerships
  • Contribute to retail/product sales strategy and campaign execution

Ideal Partner Has

  • Experience managing or building brands (personal or business)
  • Confidence planning, scheduling, and executing content
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, or scheduling tools
  • An interest in beauty, wellness, education, lifestyle, or purpose-driven brands
  • Alignment with a brand rooted in faith, discipline, service, and community impact

Equity may apply to:

  • CELESTE™ Media (podcast / content arm)
  • The Beautypreneur Suite™ SaaS platform
  • Athleisure division (select revenue share)
  • Publishing / courses / digital products

A salary may become available as revenue stabilizes through:

  • Grants
  • Brand partnerships
  • Product launches
  • Salon profit growth
