FLOOR MANAGEMENT
Delivering Exceptional Service Every Shift
- Lead the front-of-house team with confidence, professionalism, and Safari’s signature hospitality
- Maintain a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s elevated guest experience
- Oversee dining room flow, ensuring smooth transitions and timely service
- Conduct pre-shift huddles to communicate specials, priorities, and event details
- Support team members with training, coaching, and reinforcement of service standards
- Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and brand-aligned solutions
- Maintain ambiance standards: lighting, music, cleanliness, décor, and energy
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed to Safari expectations
- Coordinate with the kitchen + bar to maintain consistency and quality
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Showcasing the Safari Experience Online
- Create engaging content that represents Safari’s elevated, cultural, and vibrant brand identity
- Capture daily content on-site: food, cocktails, ambiance, guests, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Post consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries in a friendly and timely manner
- Maintain accurate online menus, hours, and event information
- Work with photographers, influencers, and brand partners to expand reach
- Track performance insights and adjust content strategy to grow engagement
- Promote weekly events, specials, celebrations, and community initiatives
- Ensure all posts reflect the tone, voice, and aesthetic of Safari
EVENT COORDINATION
Curating Memorable Events at Safari
- Assist with planning and executing in-house events, themed nights, and special celebrations
- Coordinate décor, set up, entertainment, run-of-show, and staffing needs
- Manage all incoming event inquiries and communicate packages clearly
- Work closely with DJs, hosts, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare event briefs, floor layouts, and timelines for staff
- Oversee event-day operations from setup to breakdown
- Ensure all event marketing materials (flyers, social posts, menus) are finalized and posted
- Track event performance and gather guest feedback for continuous improvement
ADMINISTRATIVE + LEADERSHIP SUPPORT
Supporting the Safari Standard
- Assist management with scheduling updates, inventory organization, and shift reports
- Maintain communication between front-of-house, back-of-house, and leadership
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to staff when needed
- Ensure all Safari brand standards are upheld across service, events, and online presence
- Keep event documents, marketing assets, and operational paperwork organized and accessible
- Contribute innovative ideas for guest experience, promotions, and community outreach
