Job Summary

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each brand’s identity and target audience, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and interactive media using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others using scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to optimize posting times and frequency.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity; leverage findings to refine content strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices by conducting keyword research and integrating keywords into content to enhance visibility on search engines.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to assess campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding messages; manage relationship-building efforts with influencers, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Oversee paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms to increase reach and engagement while tracking ROI.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines before publication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation for multiple brands or clients.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing tools, and graphic design principles.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising, hashtag campaigns, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques such as keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and scheduling applications (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Knowledge of public relations practices to manage brand reputation effectively.
  • Ability to produce high-quality visual content through photography or basic video editing skills.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging consistency.
  • Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus for integrated marketing efforts across online retail channels.
