🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a TikTok Shop Operations Manager who will take full ownership of shop performance, covering store operations, product setup, logistics coordination, inventory planning, and conversion optimization.
This role is highly hands-on and data-driven. You will act as the central operator connecting products, creators, logistics, and platform mechanics to drive sustainable GMV growth.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Shop Operations
Own daily TikTok Shop operations, including product listing, onboarding, content readiness, pricing, and compliance
Ensure all SKUs are correctly set up with optimized titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and category mapping
Maintain shop health metrics and operational compliance
Product & Cart Optimization
Optimize product detail pages (PDP) for conversion (pricing, bundles, promotions, visuals, hooks)
Design and optimize product carts for livestreams and shoppable content
Identify hero SKUs and build winning product combinations and bundles to increase AOV
Inventory, Logistics & Forecasting
Manage inventory levels across active SKUs and forecast demand based on campaigns, creators, and livestream plans
Coordinate with brands, warehouses, and 3PL partners on fulfillment, shipping timelines, and restocks
Prevent out-of-stock risks and overstock issues through proactive planning
Monitor order fulfillment performance, shipping SLAs, and logistics-related KPIs
Customer Service & After-Sales
Oversee TikTok Shop customer service workflows, including inquiries, refunds, returns, and disputes
Ensure timely responses and resolution aligned with platform standards
Identify recurring customer issues and work with brands to improve product or logistics experience
Campaign & Growth Execution
Plan and execute platform campaigns (Flash Sale, Mega Campaigns, Coupons, Bundles, etc.)
Align promotions with creator content, affiliate strategy, and livestream calendars
Track campaign performance and continuously optimize for GMV, CVR, and ROI
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
Monitor and analyze key metrics: GMV, CTR, CVR, AOV, refund rate, fulfillment rate, and inventory turnover
Build weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights
Identify growth levers and operational bottlenecks
Cross-functional & Platform Collaboration
Work closely with Creator, Livestream, Paid Media, and Account teams
Communicate with TikTok Shop platform teams (AMs, category ops, support) when needed
Act as the operational bridge between brands and internal execution teams
✅ Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce operations, or social commerce
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop backend, logistics flow, and fulfillment models
Proven experience managing inventory, forecasting, and SKU-level performance
Strong analytical mindset and operational discipline
High ownership, fast execution, and comfort with ambiguity
Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus

Experience working with TikTok Ads / Shop Ads (GMV Max, Live Shopping Ads, Product Ads, Spark Ads)
Ability to collaborate with paid media teams and understand traffic → conversion → inventory linkage
Experience managing high-SKU-count shops or fast-growing brands
