Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. PAID PER POST The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, and driving engagement through compelling content. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and creative design to enhance our brand visibility and foster meaningful relationships with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond appropriately to foster community engagement.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling, publishing, and managing social media campaigns efficiently.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve online visibility and organic reach.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate campaigns that enhance public perception.
  • Engage in relationship management with influencers, partners, and customers to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to branding standards before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
  • Ability to create compelling visual content including graphic design and photography.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and audiences.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and public relations strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $100.00 per day
